About the Group of Nations
Since its founding in 1997, the Group of Nations (GON) has been committed to bridging the gap between governmental policy and the international economy. Starting with its activities at the G7 Denver Summit,GON has expanded its presence across major international forums where world leaders and experts convene, including the G20, B20, G20 YEA, APEC, and W20.
Global challenges are increasingly complex, and their solutions extend beyond government institutions,
encompassing the private sector, media, non-profits, and civil society. In 2019, GON began a partnership with the London School of Economics (LSE) to restructure its approach for greater sustainability and inclusivity across all global sectors.
In 2020, GON evolved into a symbol of interdisciplinary cooperation, connecting policymakers, global governmental and business executives, and the private sector. Through trusted print publications, a strong digital presence, and a members-only mobile app, it continues to amplify diverse voices that shape the world.
