39 so-called Small Island Developing States (SIDS), which includes Cuba and Haiti, plan to call for a review of credit rating systems at a United Nations conference aimed at setting goals for next year’s major financial meetings. The proposed review would take into account not only the damage caused by climate change but also measures being taken to address it.
